Once upon a time, in Fort Lauderdale, there lived a classically trained chef named Paul and the love of his life Marlene. Paul's culinary skills were renowned, and his passion for food was matched only by his curiosity for new experiences. Despite his love for the kitchen, Paul decided to take an unconventional career path and joined the tech giant, Microsoft. As a chef by training, Paul brought a unique perspective to the tech world, infusing creativity and precision into his work.

Meanwhile, Paul's partner, Marlene, felt the pull of another adventure. She found a sweet opportunity at a college campus candy shop. The vibrant energy of the campus and the joy of crafting delightful confections reignited her love for food.

But their journey didn't stop there. With a sense of wanderlust and a desire for freedom, Paul and Marlene decided to hit the road in an RV, traveling across the country for four adventurous years. They’ve decided to settle down and open a restaurant, where they could share the flavors and stories from their travels with the community they had come to love.
